A store you can run day to day without us.

Catalogue, payment, shipping, order tracking. The hard part is not putting products online: it is that the order lands cleanly with you, and that you can process it every day without phoning anyone.

01The situation

The store is not the project. Running it is.

An online store gets built in a few weeks. What decides whether it works comes afterwards: does the order reach the right place, does stock update, does the customer get their tracking, and can you add a product on a Sunday evening without calling your agency.

That is why we scope the order journey first, not the home page. Who receives what, in what form, and what happens when a payment fails or a product goes out of stock. A store that takes two orders a day and one that takes two hundred are not built the same way.

Only then come the catalogue, the buying journey and the design.

03The price

What a store that holds up actually costs.

Compare on three years, not on the build fee. A hosted platform adds a monthly subscription and, on most plans, a percentage of every sale — which is invisible at launch and is the largest line by year two. What we deliver has neither: you own the store, and nobody takes a cut of your revenue.

Budget as well for the costs that do not come to us and that we do not invoice: your payment provider's commission, hosting beyond the first year, and a carrier subscription where one applies. We list them in the quote so you know the real cost of running the store, not only the cost of building it.

04How it runs

Five weeks, and the store works before it goes live.

  1. Scoping the order journey

Who receives the order, in what form, who picks, who ships. Payment and shipping methods, zones and rates, stock rules. We come out of it with the operating diagram, before any mockup.

    Days 1 to 4
  2. Design

Mockups of the home page, a category page, a product page and the checkout. The product page and the checkout are the two screens that decide the revenue: they are the ones we work hardest.

    Days 5 to 12
  3. Build and catalogue

Front-end build, catalogue set up, payment and shipping connected, automatic emails. You follow along on a test address and start entering your products.

    Days 13 to 28
  4. Testing and launch

End-to-end test orders, including the ones that go wrong: payment declined, out of stock, address outside the zone. Then launch and two hours of training.

    Days 29 to 35

06Frequently asked

What people ask before they sign.

Which platform do you use?

WooCommerce in the large majority of cases: it is solid, you own it, there is no commission on your sales, and you will always find someone able to take the work over. We also build on PrestaShop and Shopify where the context calls for it. We tell you what each option really costs over three years, commissions included, before choosing.

Who owns the store, and what does leaving cost?

You own it, and leaving costs nothing. The domain is registered in your name, the code and the database are handed over, and the hosting can be yours. There is no licence to keep paying and no clause that makes the site stop working if you stop paying us. We put that in the quote because it is far from the norm.

Which payment methods can you connect?

The usual European gateways, and in Tunisia your bank's solution or one of the local providers, depending on what you already have and what your volume justifies. Connection and end-to-end testing are in the package; setup fees and the per-transaction commission stay with you and depend on your own contract.

Can I run the store myself?

That is the point, and it is what the two hours of training cover: adding a product, changing a price, processing an order, printing a delivery note, running a promotion. You leave with a written crib sheet. If you would rather delegate, maintenance includes an hour of changes a month.

How long before the first sales?

Nobody can promise that, and be wary of anyone who does. A store launched without traffic does not sell. Budget for acquisition on top of the build — search, advertising, social — or you will have a fine shop window on an empty street.
