Every template, not just the home page
A site does not have thirty different pages, it has five or six templates repeated thirty times. We analyse them one by one — home, service page, record, article, form, contact — because a fault in a template repeats mechanically across every page that uses it. That is also what makes fixing it pay.
The citation record across six engines
We build with you a list of questions as your customers actually ask them, never naming your brand, then we put them to ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot and Google's AI Overviews. The record shows who is cited instead of you, on which questions, and from which sources. It is the part nobody can seriously automate today.
Accessibility argued against WCAG 2.2 AA
An automated check sees text alternatives, labels, hierarchy. It sees neither the real contrast once the page has rendered, nor the keyboard journey, nor the behaviour with a screen reader. Those three need human testing, and they are the ones that fail a site under inspection. Since June 2025 the European Accessibility Act has made this an obligation, not a good practice, for a growing share of organisations.
A costed action plan, item by item
Every fix estimated in time and ranked by return against effort. You know what takes an hour, what takes a day, and what is not worth doing. The document is made to be executed, including by an agency other than us.

Organisations whose visibility drives the business
Shops and trades that live on local search, professional firms and B2B services whose prospects arrive through a question asked online, e-commerce in direct competition. In all three, being absent from a generative answer translates straight into revenue lost.
Organisations under an accessibility obligation
Public bodies, their delegates, and the private services the European Accessibility Act has covered since June 2025 — e-commerce, banking, transport, electronic communications, e-books. The audit handles conformance and visibility in the same pass, because both rest largely on the same structural signals. Our dedicated accessibility service sets out the test method.
Agencies and studios, white label
The audit is delivered without our signature, in the format you hand to your client. We stay behind you, or we join the debrief under your brand — whichever you prefer. The detail of our offer for agencies.
What does the full audit add over the free one?
The free audit measures one page and returns a score on automatable criteria. The full audit covers every template on the site, adds the citation test across six generative engines, argues accessibility against WCAG 2.2 AA — including contrast and the keyboard journey, which no machine judges on its own — and puts a figure on the remediation effort item by item.
How long does it take?
Five working days from receiving the accesses. The 45-minute debrief is scheduled in the following week.
What accesses do you need?
The live site is enough for most of it. Read access to Search Console and to your analytics makes the analysis considerably more useful, because it then rests on your real queries rather than on assumptions.
What happens after the audit?
You leave with a prioritised, costed action plan, usable by any provider. If you want us to execute it, the audit fee is deducted from the remediation.
Do you work for agencies?
Yes, white label. The audit is then delivered without our signature, in the format you hand to your client.
